SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Rey Store. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, produced, and delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
All products in our store are made to order through our third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Once you place an order, it enters production within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped until production is complete. Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

- India: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders are shipped via our fulfillment partner using standard carriers, which may include but are not limited to USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services depending on your location.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at reyyanmd89@gmail.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will do our best to assist you.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at reyyanmd89@gmail.com — we may be able to correct it before production begins.
